A minimum
booking of 2 nights applies.
A deposit of
one nights accommodation or 50% of your booking
value (whichever is greater) is required to
secure your booking. For bookings made in
Australia, we accept deposits by phone on Visa
or MasterCard, EFT or by Australian cheques or
money order. To secure your booking when paying
by cheque, we must receive your cheque within 5
days. For bookings made outside Australia, we prefer
EFT to credit our account directly.
Cancellations - If you need to change or cancel
your booking dates the following applies:
Up to 30 days
notice – 90% deposit returned
Up to 14 days
notice – 50% deposit returned
Within 7 days or
no show on arrival date – no refund of deposit
